Terms & Conditions

Inkworks Tattoo & Art Studio

 

By booking an appointment, submitting a consultation form, or receiving services at Inkworks Tattoo & Art Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

 

1. Appointments & Deposits

 

  • A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure a tattoo appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in deposit forfeiture.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

 

 

2. Consultations

 

  • Tattoo consultations are free and may be canceled at any time.

  • The consultation does not guarantee an appointment date until a deposit is paid.

 

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

By booking, you confirm that:

 

  • You are 18 years of age or older with valid government-issued ID.

  • You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of service.

  • You will disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medical issues, or medications that may affect tattooing or healing.

  • You understand that healing results vary based on skin type, placement, lifestyle, and aftercare.

 

 

4. Studio Rights & Artist Policies

 

  • All tattoo designs, sketches, and artwork remain the intellectual property of the artist, even after completion.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

  • Pricing is based on design, size, placement, complexity, and time spent.

  • Large or complex tattoos may require multiple sessions, which are billed separately.

 

 

5. Health, Safety & Aftercare

 

  • Inkworks Tattoo & Art Studio follows professional hygiene standards, using sterilized and disposable equipment.

  • Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

  • The studio is not responsible for negative outcomes caused by:

     

    • improper aftercare

    • failure to follow instructions

    • pre-existing skin conditions

    • sun exposure, swimming, or lifestyle factors

 

 

6. Risks & Liability

 

By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge that:

 

  • Tattoos are permanent, and results are not guaranteed.

  • Possible risks include infection, allergic reaction, irritation, or fading.

  • You assume full responsibility for these risks.

  • You release Inkworks Tattoo & Art Studio and its artists from liability related to:

     

    • complications

    • healing issues

    • allergic reactions

    • or dissatisfaction with natural fading or aging of the tattoo.

 

 

7. Photography & Marketing

 

  • The studio may photograph your tattoo for portfolio and marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer not to have your images used, you must request this in writing.

 

 

8. Data Collection & Privacy

 

  • Personal information provided through our forms is used only for scheduling, communication, and service improvement.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless legally required.

 

 

9. Agreement

 

By booking a tattoo or consultation, visiting the studio, or submitting a form, you agree to all terms stated above.
